Hello! I'm a little artist who really enjoys doing art in spare time.I tend to be shy, but I tend to also be pretty chill for anyone who wants to just chitter chatter.

I can often get busy for one reason or another, especially with work and friends! Please bear with me, as I may not always have much social energy left in certain moments to engage properly! I can be a bit anxious at times too.Before you engage with me though, please keep these factors in mind!

AS OF JUNE 27TH, PARTS OF MY TOS HAVE CHANGED, MAINLY RELATED TO REVISIONS. PLEASE LOOK IT OVER!I accept payment through paypal, venmo, cashapp, or kofi. It's done through invoices (unless it's through kofi).Payment is either up front or after the sketch is approved. I will discuss this with you to work out what is best. Payment will always be upfront for comms that are just sketches or if a comm is a YCH or base edit.Any work that includes anything NSFW will have +25% of the total cost added to it, unless agreed upon or mentioned. You must be 18+ to order this.Purchasing a commission of a character you have purchased from me will net you a 10% discount after all other discounts or such have been applied. Terms of Service

Please read my terms of service. By commissioning me, you show that you acknowledge my terms of service.I will assume you have read my TOS as I work.

I reserve the right to decline a commission or refund a current commission if anything in my terms of service is broken.

My art and commissions, no matter what, can NOT be used as NFTs or similar.

Payment

I will do payment by sending invoices on Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo, or you will pay on Kofi (I must know ahead of time that you picked this option). Please provide your email or username you used on the respective platform so I can send an invoice. Please notify me when the payment is sent or if the invoice didn't go through for you to pay off!

-Payment must be after sketch is approved or upfront.-Sketch comms are always payment upfront.-I prefer to send the invoice closest to the time I can start to work as that feels fairest to me. If you would like to just get it done before I am able to work I can do that as well, but be prepared to wait.-I will be as clear as possible about the amount(s) you need to pay for a comm.-Payment in USD only!-Tips appreciated but not needed!-Your payment info or name beyond payment will never be used for things outside of the payment. It will never be shared or mentioned unless you give exact information or there is issues. Issues will be talked about with you personally.-By paying the invoice that is sent to you, you agree and accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, and that it is impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback.-You are also confirming you are the one who owns the account and the money being used, or have permission to use it.-Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in an automatic loss of character rights or the art made. Using the digital product after an unreasonable chargeback will result in me not taking any commissions from you in the future.-If a character design is the commission, I the creator have the right to resell the design and associated art if a wrongful chargeback is made.

Refunds

-I do not issue refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission or there is some other circumstance I see it as appropriate. All sales are final.

My Queue

-I will usually be working on one or two comms at a time out of my queue. These are what I call my active slots.-Comms not in the active slot are considered in the waiting list. The amount of spots available vary, and people can get in or leave the waiting list as needed.- Those in the waiting list do not have to pay for their comm, unless agreed upon otherwise.- YCHs will have different slots than the normal comm queue, which will be for all ongoing YCH comms. There is no waitlist for YCHs, only the active slots.-YCHs will take completion priority over normal comms due to being quicker.-Base edits count as normal comms and will go into the normal comm queue, not the YCH one.

References and Information

-If you give me a reference sheet that is anything other than a digital, full body, unshaded ref sheet, know that I am not responsible for any mistakes made. I will still do my best to draw the character closest to what I am given. Excess edits to match beyond what is presented to me at time of commission can certainly tack on pricing, something I will let you know beforehand.-Please provide all needed reference material needed for your commission. Visual and written references are both fine. Please note that if a written reference is too complex or not specific enough for me to work with, we will communicate as needed.-Please be as specific as possible when ordering, though working with artistic freedom is something I love to do. Otherwise, if you want something specific, please make sure to give exact info.-I reserve the right to decline drawing in a certain style, especially in the style of another artist. I will work in my own style. You can try asking about me doing the styles of others, but chances I will do so are low.

Edits and Revisions

-You will be sent a sketch in which you can tell me what you want fixed, changed, added, or removed, or if I am good to continue. Sketches can have as many revisions as needed before approval.-Anything I personally missed from the previous info you have given will be free of charge- Works in the linework stage will be allowed 3 rounds of medium to small edits before additional fees will be charged. One round counts as one set of unique changes you want, so please note it is better to list multiple at once if needed. I will communicate as needed if there will need to be additional edit fees.- Large edits, such as pose changes or adding large new portions will cost a fee, and I will communicate and work that out with you.-I am not responsible for faults resulted in info you do not give me.

Other Notes

-If you have a comm from me, I kindly request you do not get edits of any kind on it (especially of the NSFW variety) without my permission.-You must be 18 or older if you ever get anything NSFW in nature from me-If a character design is the commission, the buyer has the rights to resell, trade, or give away the character for whatever value they wish.-Your commissioned art can be used for personal use. But please do not claim you were the one who made it. This includes using it for icons, tattoos, badges, banners, etc. Feel free to ask about this as needed.-You may repost the commission you have gotten from me on social media, but please credit me with the info I give you if you wish to do so.-My art cannot be used for NFTs or other crypto related things-Using my artwork for commercial purposes (making money off of it) without prior discussion is not allowed-Adopts can be used for commercial reasons as long as you are not using the original art I have made of them.-Please do not remove or crop out watermarks or signatures if they are present in your commission-I own the rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem it necessary to promote myself and my art.-If a commissioner wishes to keep a commission private, they MUST mention it during the process of ordering the commission.
